My card has expired. Where can I pick up the new one?

If you have used the card in the last 6 months, we will issue you a new card.

We will notify you by SMS from which unit you can pick it up, but you can also request it at home and we will send it by courier. If you prefer to pick it up from another unit, you can request the card transfer to the new unit in 2 ways:

❶⠀you present yourself in BT unit where do you want to pick up the card;

❷⠀you send us a message through BT contact form;
