Between what hours can I apply for opening an online account?

If you want to open a online account for you, you can do this any time through BT Pay.

If you want to open a company account, you can do this 100% online, from anywhere. However, you should know that we can process your online account opening application from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 19:00. If you send it to us after 19:00, we will be able to resolve it the next day, starting at 09:00. And if you submit the application on the weekend, we will take care of it on Monday, after 09:00. 😃
