At the moment when my account is blocked due to non-payment of some debts, who should notify me regarding this matter?

If you get blocked account for non-payment of a debt, then we are talking about a garnishment. 🙅

If we receive a garnishment order from an institution, let's say from „Public Finance Administration”, we are obliged to comply.

Therefore:

➤⠀the amounts of money owed will be seized;

➤⠀and the obligation to notify you about the garnishment lies with the institution that ordered the garnishment (not us). 🙁

Nevertheless, after the institution of the garnishment, the bank will send you an informational SMS to the phone number declared to the bank, so make sure the number is updated.
