Are there any fees for the full repayment of a loan from BT Go?

For variable interest rate loans, no prepayment fee is charged. For fixed interest rate loans, the prepayment fee, regardless of the source of funds, is the one stipulated in the loan agreement. Also, all costs related to the cancellation/extinguishment of real estate/personal property mortgages registered in RNPM and/or in the Land Register, including the cost of authenticating the declaration of cancellation of the real estate mortgage and issuing the related land register extracts, are your responsibility, and you will need to ensure there are sufficient funds available in your account to cover the cost of canceling the registrations.
