Why is the user form needed?

For a well-founded reason, namely that through this form the car is registered in your name and we know for sure that you are eagerly waiting for this to happen. 😊

But to better understand the whole process, it is good to know that the Romanian Police is the institution that registers a vehicle 🚘 and the leasing company is the one that prepares the registration file and submits it to the Police. 🚓

The registration form contains the item's data, the user's data, and the stamp / signature of the tax authority where the item was declared.

The user, by signature and stamp, certifies that the entered data is correct, and the tax authority, by the same means, certifies that the asset is declared for taxes and fees.

Also through this form, the user declares the data that will be entered in the registration certificate (registration card) by the Police. 🙂
