What documents do I need to extend a facility?
Depending on the type of your company, you will need the following documents:
If the company is LLC, INC, LLC-D:
- The last two annual financial statements and the related receipts
- Trial balances related to the attached financial statements
- Last quarterly trial balance
- Tax attestation certificate
- Last APIA single payment request (If applicable)
If the company is Sole Proprietorship, Individual Enterprise, Limited Partnership, Authorized Natural Person, Authorized Legal Person, Authorized Association, Independent Authorized Person:
- Quarterly cash receipts and payments register
- The unique declaration for the current year
- The unique declaration for the previous year
- Last APIA single payment request (If applicable)
During the analysis, it is possible that we may ask you for other documents as well.
