What documents do I need to activate the First Free Year Account?

➤ The constitutive documents of the company (original);

➤ Certificate of Registration at the Trade Register (original);

➤ Basic registration certificate from ONRC issued no more than 30 days before submitting the documents to the bank for account opening (original);

➤ For non-resident legal entities, translations into Romanian of the above-mentioned documents, legalized, are required, as well as a copy of the VAT registration number in the country of residence.
