In order to activate yourself The Account First Year Free , you need a current account at BT. And to open your current account, you need the following documents:

➤⠀Decision or Registration Resolution at the Trade Register Office (original and copy)

➤⠀The identification document of the authorized natural person, of the members of the individual enterprise or of the members of the family enterprise (original and copy)

➤⠀The operating authorization or the certificate of finding issued by the Trade Registry Office based on Law no. 359/2004, which certifies the submission of the self-declaration according to which the operating conditions are met (original and copy)

➤⠀Certificate of registration from the ORC issued at most 30 days before submission to the bank of the documents for opening the account (original)

➤⠀Registration in another legal publicity register if applicable

For Individual Offices and/or Law Firms, Bailiffs, Insolvency Practitioners, Civil, Professional Companies, Medical Offices, Pharmacists you need:

➤⠀Statute, Constitutive Act or other documents referring to the form of organization according to the specific laws of organization and operation

➤⠀Proof of registration in specific record registers (e.g.: for pharmacists Membership Certificate of the College of Pharmacists of Romania)

➤⠀Tax registration certificate

➤⠀Identity documents of persons with the right of representation
