If you have a garnishment on your account ordered by the bailiff, you must keep in mind that you can request the unblocking of amounts for the payment of salary rights, a period of maximum 3 months from the date of establishment of the garnishment (for example: if the garnishment was instituted on March 1, you can request the unlocking of amounts for the payment of salaries only during the period March 1 - June 1).
