If the certificate of incorporation from the Trade Registry is older than 7 days, how can I proceed?

You have the possibility to obtain a certificate of incorporation from the ORC or you can go directly in a BT agency, where it can be requested by our colleagues, the commission charged being 40 RON. 🙂
