If I have CASCO insurance, do I also need RCA insurance?

Yes. RCA is mandatory by law for all vehicles registered or recorded in Romania and covers damages caused to other persons in the event of an accident for which you are at fault.

CASCO is an optional insurance and offers protection for one's own car, but it does not replace the RCA policy.
