How do I know when my requested card is ready?

When your card arrives at the BT unit chosen by you and your colleagues confirm the reception, you will receive an SMS from BTCarduri informing you that you can come and pick it up 😊. Quite simple, right?

In the meantime, you can use the virtual card directly in BT Pay, immediately after you created your account.
By the way, before first use don't forget to drop by a ATM BT so you can activate it 🤓.
