What criteria must I meet to open an online business account?

You must meet the following criteria:

➤ to be the sole associate and the legal representative of the company for which you wish to open the account;

➤ to be a resident and to have an identity card issued in Romania;

➤ your company to be an LLC, an LLC-D or PFA registered at the Trade Register;

➤ for certain fields of activity it may be necessary to come to a BT unit.

For all other situations in which you do not meet the eligibility conditions for opening the online account, we are waiting for you in our units.

What documents do you need in the unit:

➤ The constitutive documents of the company

➤ Certificate of Registration at the Trade Register

➤ Certificate of registration from the ONRC issued within a maximum of 30 days before submission to the bank of the documents for opening the account

➤ For non-residents, all mentioned documents are required to be legalized and translated into Romanian, along with a copy of the VAT registration number from the country of residence
