How is the payment made if the invoice has not arrived? Can the due date be changed?

As you well know, the invoice payment is mandatory by the 10th of the month, even if the invoice has not arrived.

We always send it on the first working day of the month, but if the invoice doesn't arrive on time, it's best to be prepared!
