How is the IRCC index calculated?

The reference index for loans granted in lei with variable interest is published on each working day on website of the National Bank of Romania. This is calculated as the weighted average of interest rates with the transaction volumes on the interbank market.

IRCC will be updated quarterly, similar to the method used for ROBOR6M.
