How can I request money based on the phone number if I have BT Pay and live in Italy?

You can request money, in euros, from a person in your phonebook, by following these steps:  

• Choose the option Ask EUR from the menu Trasferimento and then you choose the contact from the phone book from whom you want to request money.  

• You enter the amount of money you want to receive and the details of the request.  

• You authorize the transaction by entering the PIN code, fingerprint, or facial recognition. 

The person will receive an SMS with your request, which they can accept from BT Pay.
