How do I upload a supporting document for a transaction made in BT Go?

❗ The supporting document is the document on the basis of which you made a payment transaction.

To upload a supporting document for a completed transaction, follow the steps below:

➤ Click on the section Accounts from the main page

➤ Log into the account where the transaction is located and click on Transactions

➤ Select the transaction for which you want to upload the document

➤ In the field of the section Documentis located the button Load.
Select the function and upload the document.

❗ Format document: To be uploaded, the document must be in JPG, PNG, or PDF format. The size must not exceed 1MB.
