How do I find out if I have a garnishment on my account?
If you are a BT client, you will receive an SMS from us when the garnishment is instituted, through which we inform you.😉
You can find information about your garnishments anytime by accessing BT Visual Help:
➤ call the number 0264 308 000;
➤ you access the link received via SMS and, from the main menu, select the "Seizures" section;
➤ select the garnishment and request the release of the amount.
