How do I add the card to BT Pay?

If you are an individual customer, you can add in BT Pay your newly issued/reissued card, which has exactly the same characteristics as the one you will physically receive after a period: card number, CVV code and the expiration date. 💳 You can do whatever you want with it – including cash withdrawals or online payments.

  1. Download the BT Pay app for free from App Store, Huawei App Gallery or Google Play
  2. Enter your phone number and date of birth
  3. You go through the identification flow in the app (photo of the identity card, selfie, voice)
  4. Set a PIN code for the application
  5. The card will appear directly on the BT Pay home-screen.

Ifhave a cartareissued to therequest or to due date, this maybe beaddedaccessing the “+” button frompartrightupand validation of this with received OTP SMS on number phone declaredinrelationship with bank.
