Who can conclude the optional home insurance policy?

The facultative policy can be concluded by natural or legal persons who have an interest in the dwelling, such as owners, tenants, administrators, custodians, or legal heirs.

If you are an owner, you can insure both the dwelling and the goods inside. If you are a tenant, you can insure the personal belongings inside the dwelling.
