What options are available for the Bill Payment service?
To pay bills using BT Pay, you can choose one of these options:
➤⠀Free: default option through which you can make up to 4 free bill payments/calendar month, except for payments to suppliers marked with the symbol
➤⠀Facturi Plus: an option that is paid monthly (payment is made in advance, for the following month) and costs 5 lei/month. With this option, a maximum number of 8 bill payments can be made per month, including to suppliers marked with
➤⠀Unlimited Invoices: this option is paid monthly (payment is in advance, for the upcoming month) and costs 15 lei/month. With this option, an unlimited number of invoice payments can be made, including to the providers marked withYou can choose one of the options once you have connected at least one provider. The options are visible in BT Pay by accessing from the Cards menu the invoice payment option, then accessing "Settings" in the upper right corner.
❗⠀Good to know:
➤⠀If you choose "Facturi Plus" or "Facturi Nelimitate", you must select your own BT card issued in your name, from which the monthly fee for the selected option will be debited. The coolest part is that you benefit from a free 15-day trial period, and subsequently the first payment for the option will be made from the selected card on the 16th day.
➤⠀If you want to change the option from "Plus Invoices" to "Unlimited Invoices", at the time of change the cost difference between the 2 options for the current month will be charged.
➤⠀If you want to change the option from "Unlimited Invoices" to "Plus Invoices", the benefits of the "Unlimited Invoices" option will remain active until the end of the billed month.
➤⠀If at the time of any payment you no longer have the selected BT card for payment in the app or if the account balance is insufficient, then the payment of the option cannot be made, and the option will be closed. You will be notified directly in the application.
➤⠀If you unsubscribe during the free trial period, and later subscribe again, on the subscription date you will pay the cost of the chosen option, because the free trial period is offered only once for 15 days.
➤⠀If you still want to cancel the paid option, you can request this through BT Pay. The benefits for the current month will remain active until the end of the paid period.
➤⠀If you activated a "Plus Invoices" or "Unlimited Invoices" option and deleted BT Pay, the selected option will not be automatically deactivated. It is important to cancel the option in BT Pay before deleting the application.
