What operations can you do after 7 PM and on weekends?

Even though the agencies in the shopping centers have longer hours, you need to know that only certain operations are allowed.


Operations allowed on Saturday:

➤ All range of operations, except: foreign currency payments to external accounts, currency exchanges on account, negotiated deposits, management of garnishments and garnished accounts


Operations allowed after 7 PM and on Sunday:

➤ Card issuance, card reissuance, pin reset, payment refusal, modification of card transaction limits, card blocking

➤ Scoring and processing documentation for loans

➤ Withdrawal of debit instruments for settlement purposes

➤ Account statements
