What does "accounting balance" mean?

The accounting balance includes:

➤⠀both the available amount that you can actually use;

➤⠀both the amounts blocked for certain reasons.⠀

The amounts can be blocked in the situation where:

➤⠀you made payments with the card and the money has not been withdrawn yet from cont by the merchant;

➤⠀you have active garnishments on the account and the collected amounts have been blocked for garnishment;

➤⠀or you have arrears and the collected money has been blocked to pay the arrears.
