But returning, NFC or Near Field Communication is a set of wireless communication standards over very short distances. The technology allows electronic devices to establish radio communication links between them, in both directions, using other complementary technologies such as Bluetooth or WiFi.

NFC works by touching two devices or by placing them close to each other, at a distance of less than 10 centimeters. And that's how you can pay easily and quickly with your phone. Cool, right?
