What is the "Invest in Yourself" Program?

"Invest in yourself is a governmental program addressed to young people aged between 16 and 26 years, if they are in the education system or attend specialization courses authorized by the Ministry of National Education, and to persons aged between 26 and 55 years, if they are in the education system or attend professional retraining courses.
