What is the optional private pension?

Optional private pension, also known as Pillar III, is a private pension fund with optional contributions, it supplements the state pension (Pillar I) and the mandatory private pension (Pillar II), if applicable. What you need to know about "My Pension" or "My Pension Plus" from BT Pensions ✨: The minimum amount you can deposit is 60 lei/month for My Pension and 50 lei/month for My Pension Plus and it must not exceed 15% of your gross monthly income. Your contributions are tax deductible up to 400 euros per year. You have the possibility to have additional income upon retirement. ZERO commission from the gross contribution to My Pension or My Pension Plus.
