What is CSALB?
CSALB (Alternative Dispute Resolution Center in the Banking Field) is an independent, apolitical, non-profit entity of public interest, established by Government Ordinance no. 38/2015.
The purpose of CSALB is to manage the infrastructure necessary for alternative dispute resolution (ADR) between consumers and financial-banking institutions in a balanced, reasonable, fast manner and outside the court, through collaboration with experts in the financial-banking field (Conciliators) who, depending on the procedure chosen by the parties, can propose or impose a solution for resolving the dispute.
