It is an alternative way to do banking without having to come to the bank. We have created BT Visual Help as a kind of digital self-service, with the help of which, as an account holder or legal representative of your company, you can perform actions yourself without having to call the Call Center. 😃

Through BT Visual Help you find information about your accounts and you can manage your cards extremely easily. Here is exactly what you can do through the platform:
