What rights does the authorized representative have on the company's accounts?

Attorney-in-fact have all rights granted by the associates/ legal representative.

If the power of attorney is not specific, and has a general character, the account proxy has the right to carry out any operations on the company's accounts, to withdraw or deposit bank documents, but does not have the right to open or close bank accounts nor to activate or deactivate products/services, if this right has not been specified. 🙂
