What rights does the delegate have on the company's accounts?

Persons who have the quality of delegate on the company's account, they may have the right to deposit/withdraw banking documents, to deposit cash into the company's accounts, to withdraw cash based on the ORN (cash withdrawal order) signed by the persons authorized to represent the company in relation to the bank. 🙂
