What constructions fall under the scope of PAD?

PAD is concluded for completed and fiscally registered dwellings, intended for permanent or temporary residence.

Annexes, dependencies that are not structurally connected to the building in which the insured dwelling is located or the goods inside the dwelling are not included in the PAD coverage.
