What documents do I need to open an account for a PFA?

The documents required for opening a PFA account are the following:

❶⠀The identification document of the authorized natural person;

❷⠀Registration certificate for “Trade Register Office”;

❸⠀The decision or registration resolution at “Trade Register Office”;

❹⠀Registration in another legal publicity register if applicable;

❺⠀The electronic extract from „ONRC” or the certificate of incorporation from „ORC” or another legal registry issued no more than 30 days before submitting the documents to the bank for opening of the account;

❻⠀Operating authorization or the constatation certificate issued by „ORC” based on Law no. 359 / 2004, which certifies the submission of the self-declaration stating that the operating conditions are met;

❼⠀Any other document that we consider necessary in the process of identification and establishing tax responsibilities.
