For bill payments, Banca Transilvania does not charge fees.

You have the possibility to make 4 bill payments per calendar month for free, to standard providers. If you want to pay more than 4 bills or make a payment to a premium provider, you have the following paid bill subscription options:

• Free: it is a free, default option, within which up to four bill payments can be made per calendar month, except for payments to suppliers marked by the specific symbol  ;
• Fatture Plus: it is a prepaid monthly option for the following month, in the amount of 5 lei/month (the month is calculated from the moment of option activation) within which a maximum of 8 bill payments per month can be made, including to providers marked with the symbol
  
• Unlimited Invoices: è un'opzione a pagamento mensile, anticipata per il mese successivo, del valore di 15 lei/mese (il mese viene calcolato dal momento dell'attivazione dell'opzione) nell'ambito della quale si possono effettuare un numero illimitato di pagamenti di bollette, compresi quelli ai fornitori contrassegnati con il simbolo
