How much does the PAD policy cost?

The cost of the PAD insurance policy is established by law and depends on the type of construction :

• 130 lei/year for housing Type A (buildings that have a load-bearing structure made of reinforced concrete, metal, or wood or with exterior walls made of stone, burnt brick, or any other materials resulting from a thermal and/or chemical treatment)
• 50 lei/year for Type B housing (constructions that have exterior walls made of unburnt brick or any other materials not subjected to thermal and/or chemical treatment)
