What are the advantages and disadvantages brought by MF Order no. 878/2022 in the case of ANAF garnishments?

As a result of the short deadline by which the bank must communicate the amounts that can be paid in garnishment (5:00 PM, daily), you will have less time available to present supporting documents for the analysis of the amounts that can be transferred or not to garnishment.
