What is the difference between an open-end fund and a closed-end investment fund?

The major difference is given by the flexibility to invest and manage your money: 💰

⠀in the case of open-ended funds, you have the possibility to invest and withdraw money anytime;

In general, open-end funds can be viewed as saving alternatives with a high degree of liquidity, being distributed through the banking network. 📈

⠀on the other hand, for closed-end funds, you will be able to carry out operations only on predetermined dates, because these are investment funds on the long term.

In this case, investors can purchase them exclusively from BT Asset Management SAI, having a recommended holding period of at least 1 year.
