My card is expiring. What can I do to get a new one?

If you have a card that is about to expire and you are in Romania, you can request home delivery by courier by accessing the link qui after receiving an SMS on the phone number declared to the bank.

You need to pay the amount of 14.99 lei.

And then we will send you a code by SMS for secure authentication.

If you are abroad, the procedure is different: first call +40264 303 003 (BT Call Center team). We send your card by courier anywhere in the world and you receive it within 3-5 days, with a shipping cost of 200 lei/request. Within 24 hours of your request, you can add the new card digitally in BT Pay to use it until the physical card arrives. After receiving the physical card, call +40264 303 003 for activation. Until the new card arrives, you can use the old one. Also, you have the new card available in digital format, for free, in BT Pay, where you can use it for any type of operations.
