I have received the physical card. How do I activate it?

After you receive the card via courier, you must activate it before using it. How do you activate it? 

  1. From BT Pay, choose the option Press to activate the physical card – I received the card and enter the app PIN or biometrics (facial recognition/fingerprint) 

  1. You will receive an activation code from us via SMS 

  1. With the code received from us you must perform one of the following transactions: either withdraw cash from any ATM (it is necessary for the transaction to be successfully completed), or make a payment to a merchant by inserting the card and the activation code into the POS (payment terminal) 

You will be able to use the physical card including for cash withdrawals at ATMs. You will be able to use the digital format card anytime, there is no condition to activate the physical card
