Do I have transfer limits if I am a child?

Yes, the limits are set according to your age:
If you have between 8-14 unfulfilled years and you don't have an account open in your name at the bank, but a BT kiddo card attached to a parent's subaccount:
minimum limit per transfer: 5 RON
maximum limit for transfer/card/day: 500 RON for requesting or receiving money from the parent who created your connection

If you have between 14-18 unfulfilled years and you don't have an account open in your name at the bank, but a card linked to a sub-account of the parent:
minimum limit per transfer: 5 RON
maximum limit for transfer/card/day: 2,000 RON for receiving money

 
If you have between 14-18 unfulfilled years and you have account and card issued in your name at the bank:
send a maximum of 500 lei (100 euro)
you collect a maximum of 2,000 lei (400 euros)
