How can I find information about transactions made with the card?

You have several options available to find the information you need:

  • From the application BT Pay - you have permanent access to the transaction history and the monthly expenses chart. Currently, the option to check account credits is not available for BT Direct cards, but we are working on this and promise to come back with good news.

  • With SMS Alert Service, stay informed in real time whenever you make transactions with your card or with the designated cardholder's card.
