What is the SMS Alert service and how do I activate it?

SMS Alert is a service that keeps you constantly informed via SMS about the status of your transactions with Direct Cards and your updated available balance.

If you want to activate the service you can contact us daily, between 08:00 AM and 09:00 PM, via virtual consultantfrom the BT Direct website or at 021 308 4000.
