To recover the amount, you can make a request using one of the following methods:

  • in writing, at any Banca Transilvania branch
  • to the consultant on the BT Direct website – clickhere to join a live chat
  • by e-mail, at the address: contact@btdirect.ro
  • by phone, at 0264 302 000

After processing your request, you will be able to withdraw in cash, from any Banca Transilvania branch, the amount you overpaid on your loan, from the BT Direct collection account.
