How do I find out the card details if I urgently need to make an online payment and I do not have it with me?

BT Pay comes to your aid:
Choose the card you want to use, tap "More." Go to "Card Settings" and select "Card Details." Next to "Card number / CVV" information, tap "Show." Then you will be able to view the card details for one minute.
If you need more information, you can also call us at 021 308 4000, Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
