How can I find out the PIN code?

If you have forgotten your PIN, you can quickly contact us through one of the following options and we will provide you with a new one:

  • call us at 021 308 4000, and a colleague will gladly assist you. You will receive an SMS on the phone number linked to your card account, and if you have a preferred PIN code, you can change it at any BT ATM.
