How do I update my personal data?

If it is time to update your data, you can send us an e-mail at actualizaredateBTD@btdirect.ro.

The email must include:

  • a copy of the identity document (front and back)
  • proof of address (if you have CEI)
  • In the message text mention "the request to update the data in the system".
