Can I pay the monthly statement at BT Express with the Direct Card?

Yes. To pay the monthly statement at a BT Express machine, insert your Direct Card into the device. Then insert the banknotes up to the amount you want to deposit.

If you cannot pay cash, use a different card to pay the amount, other than the Direct Card, and follow the steps on the payment terminal's screen.
