At which BT Direct partner stores do I receive a loyalty bonus?

With each co-branded card, Dedeman, Flanco, or Carrefour, you receive a 5% loyalty bonus when you shop at the card partner. Additionally, with the Carrefour card, you get 2% of the transaction value back, regardless of the store where you shop.
