How does the loyalty program for the BT Direct Dedeman card work?

With this program, you benefit from a loyalty bonus on the Dedeman Direct Card, through:

• 5% cash back on cardfor purchases with full payment in physical stores, online, or in the Dedeman app.

This bonus is accumulated as points and you can see them in BT Pay when you check the card balance, next to the available amount.

1 point = 1 leu, and monthly you can claim money back on your card as follows: minimum 10 lei – maximum 600 lei

You can use the bonus:

• for future purchases or you can withdraw it from the ATM (if you have no debits on the account)
• to cover the monthly account statement, in full or in part, depending on the requested cashback
