Why don't I see in BT Pay an amount of money that I collected yesterday on the Direct Card?

In BT Pay – the "Cards" – "Transaction History" section, you can see card transactions, but not account operations (deposits).

To check your account transactions, including credits, access the monthly account statement, log in here talk to the virtual consultant on the BT Direct website or call the Call Center at 021 308 4000 and our colleagues will assist you as soon as possible.
