How can I renew my Direct Card before it expires?

To reissue your card, you have the following options:

  • BT Direct virtual consultant - click here
  • you can write to us at: contact@btdirect.ro
  • call 021 308 4000, option 2, and you can speak directly with a colleague

Upon expiration, the card is automatically renewed only if it has been used in the last 12 months.

The new card is sent automatically by mail, to the address in our system.
